Marched in to Australian Army Service Corps Training Depot, Parkhouse, 8 March 1917.

Proceeded overseas to France, 16 May 1917; taken on strength, Australian Army Veterinary Corps Hospital, Calais, 17 May 1917.

Classified Permanently Unfit by Medical Board, 22 July 1917.

Found guilty, 27 July 1917, of being absent from 1.45 pm parade, 26 July 12917: awarded 7 days' confined to camp.

Found guilty, 13 November 1917, of being drunk on parade: awarded 7 days' Field Punishment No 2.
