Admitted to HS 'Devanah', Gallipoli, July 1915 (rheumatism and influenza); transferred to Malta, 14 July 1915, and admitted same day to St George's Hospital.

Embarked Malta for Egypt, 6 October 1915; disembarked Alexandria, 9 October 1915; reported to Overseas Base, Mustapha, 9 October 1915.

Embarked Alexandria, 18 October 1915; rejoined Bn, Mudros, 27 October 1915.

Disembarked Alexandria from Mudros, 1 January 1916 (general Gallipoli evacuation).
