Admitted to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, 26 September 1915 (pyrexia), and transferred to HS 'Dunluce Castle'; to Malta, 27 September 1915, and admitted to Military Hospital, Tigne (enteric); to England, 26 October 1915, and admitted to Beaufort War Hospital, Fishponds, Bristol, 4 November 1915. Arrived at A&NZ Depot, Weymouth, 5 January 1916.
