Military Medal 'At HOOGE, FRANCE on 20th September, 1917 during the advance on GLENCORSE WOOD, Pte. DALZEIL rendered invaluable assistance as a Stretcher Bearer. He tended and assisted wounded in their evacuation at all times, showing utter disregard of self. Later during the consolidation of our position he was at all times conspicuous and his efforts cannot be too highly praised.'
