Admitted to 1st Field Ambulance, Mudros, 29 September 1915 (diarrhoea), and transferred to 3rd Australian General Hospital; discharged from hospital, 4 November 1915. Embarked Mudros for England, 4 November 1915; disembarked Southampton, England, 11 November 1915, and admitted to 3rd London General Hospital, Wandsworth; marched in to Australian Depot, Weymouth, 5 January 1916.
