Marched in to Isolation Camp, Moascar, Egypt, 25 August 1916; taken on strength of 1st Light Horse Training Regiment, 23 September 1916; taken on strength of 1st Light Horse Machine Gun Squadron, 29 November 1916 (Abbassia). Admitted to 1st Light Horse Field Ambulance, El Arish, 27 December 1916; transferred to 3rd Light Horse Field Ambulance, 28 December 1916 (diarrhoea); discharged from hospital and rejoined unit, 4 January 1917. Marched out to Rest Camp, Port Said, 19 August 1917; rejoined unit from Rest Camp, 29 August 1917.
