Proceeded overseas to France, 2 March 1918.

Taken on strength, 51st Bn, 8 March 1918.

To Australian General Base Depot, Havre, France on 21 March 1918; transferred to No 3 Australian Casualty Clearing Station, Havre, France, 25 March 1918; to Ausralian Imperial Force, Headquarters, London, 23 April 1918. To No 2 Command Depot, Weymouth, England. Discharged as 'underage'; however, 'As this solder has served with his unit in the Field, he will not forfeit pay although he made a false answer on attestation.'
