Admitted to 8th Field Ambulance, 8 August 1917 (syphilis); transferred to 10th Stationary Hospital, St Omer, 9 August 1917; to 39th General Hospital, Havre, 14 August 1917; discharged to 5th Australian Division Base Depot, Havre, 29 September 1917; total period of treatment for venereal disease: 53 days.
