Admitted to 14th Field Ambulance, 15 June 1917 (rheumatics), and transferred to 9th Casualty Clearing Station; to Southern General Hospital, Rouen, 17 June 1917; discharged to 29th Infantry Base Depot, 24 June 1917; marched into 1st Australian Division Base Depot, Havre, 26 June 1917.
