Classified C1. Detached for duty with 1st Australian Dermatological Hospital, Bulford, 23 May 1917; taken on strength 1 ADH, 23 July 1917. Fund guilty, Bulford, 22 February 1918, of neglectig to return cleaning gear of his ward to expence store: awarded 7 days' confined to barracks. Charged, Bulford, 2 April 1918, with losing by neglect 3 bed tables and 2 fire shovels in Ward B: charge dismissed.
