Commenced return to Australia on board HT 'Borda', 26 September 1917; disembarked Melbourne, 21 November 1917; re-embarked on board HT 'Suevic' for Sydney, 22 November 1917; discharged, 27 December 1917 (medically unfit: arthritis).
