Admitted to HS 'Oxfordshire', 12 December 1915 (trench feet), and transferred to No 3 Auxiliary Hospital, Heliopolis, 15 December 1915 (frostbite); to Concalescent Depot, Helouan, 28 December 1915; discharged to duty, 8 January 1916; rejoined Bn, Canal Zone, 21 February 1916. Transferred to 6th Training Bn, 17 March 1916.
