Military Medal 'For conspicuous gallantry in action. In the attack on MALT TRENCH, north of WARLENCOURT on the night 1st/2nd March, 1917, this N.C.O. bombed up the trench and connected with the Company on his left, and with Private DENNY captured seven of the enemy.'
