'For conscientious good work and devotion to duty. During the past six months he has worked long hours every day, investigating and preparing the information from which the cost to the Australian Government of each M.T. vehicle in the A.I.F. is based. In addition he has kept the records on which all promotion in the A.A.S.C. M.T. is based. The accuracy and general quality of his work deserve the highest praise.'
