Admitted to 7th Field Ambulance, 26 September 1917; discharged to duty, 30 September 1917. Found guilty, 8 November 1917, of leaving Camp without a pass: awarded forfeiture of 1 day's pay. On leave, 12 February 1918; rejoined unit, 3 March 1918.
