Admitted to HS 'Oxfordshire', 12 December 1915 (trench foot); transferred to 3rd Auxiliary Hospital, Heliopolis, 15 December 1915 (frost bite); to Overseas Base, Ghezireh, 22 December 1915. Admitted to 2nd Australian General Hospital, 14 January 1916 (influenza); discharged to duty, 28 January 1916.
