Admitted to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, Gallipoli, 1 October 1915 (diarrhoea), and transferred same day to Hospital Ship.

Transferred to 21st General Hospital, Alexandria, 5 October 1915 (enteric).

Died of enteric fever, 21st General Hospital, 18 October 1915.
